Club Coaching Staff
Meet Our Coaching Staff…..
Allstars United SC currently have a staff of 14 Full Time professional coaches and 2 Part Time Assistants who work to provide a structured, fun but challenging learning environment for all our players.
All our staff have a player focused mindset aiming to improve them not only as young soccer players but also as human beings with an emphasis on teamwork, accountability and sportsmanship.
Every member of staff is licensed via either US Soccer courses where the vast majority have received at least their C license working towards their B or they have UEFA or other National Federation qualifications. All staff are also fully background checked and SafeSport trained prior to working with our teams to ensure all our players and families are comfortable knowing their children are in a safe environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
RUN CONSISTENT & EFFECTIVE SESSIONS FOR THEIR TEAMS - 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR EVERY TEAM IN THE CLUB.
ENSURE ALL GAMES HAVE ADEQUATE ROSTERS TO ENSURE GOOD PLAYING TIME FOR EVERY PLAYER.
CO-ORDINATE WITH DIRECTORS TO IDENTIFY TOURNAMENTS FOR TEAM PLAY.
PROVIDE A POSITIVE AND SAVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL PLAYERS.
PROVIDE PLAYERS WITH YEAR ROUND FEEDBACK AND DEVELOPMENT GOALS BOTH THROUGH IDPS, PLAYER CONVERSATIONS & OUR NEW ‘BUILDING BLOCKS’ PROGRAM FOR DELIBERATE PRACTICE
