We never want to be the final place any child plays soccer, but we want to be the longest.
Our goal is to provide a structure pathway for all our players ensuring they find the correct level of resistance to maximize their development while fostering a lifelong love of soccer in our community environment.

With teams from 2010 through to 2019/20 and teams ranging from Copper to NPL - Allstars United SC is the perfect place to see your child grow on and off the field.
Every team is given 45 weeks of professional coaching with a focus on long term player development with every team playing NorCal league soccer both Fall & Spring.
Each session is an opportunity to learn. Every game is a chance to play. Every mistake is a chance to grow.

Allstars United Winter Training Schedules - November To February
NorCal Club Teams
ALL TEAMS PROVIDED 3 TRAININGS PER WEEK YEAR ROUND - PLAYERS EXPECTED TO ATTEND AT LEAST MINIMUM 2 OF 3 TRAININGS PER WEEK.
COACHES SET TO WORK WITHIN AGE GROUPS WITH MULTIPLE TEAMS TO ALLOW CONTINUAL PLAYER EVALUATION AND MOVEMENT.
2012 AND OLDER TEAMS LEAD THEIR DIVISIONS UNDER EXPERIENCED STAFF AND PROVIDED I.D OPPORTUNITIES WITH PARTNER CLUBS YEAR ROUND BASED ON ABILITY.
PLAYERS SELECTED TO GUEST BASED ON TRAINING PERFORMANCES & ATTENDANCE.
CLUB WORKING TO AVOID PLAYERS PLAYING IN LOWER LEVELS - PLAY UP MENTALITY VS GUESTING FOR RESULTS WHERE POSSIBLE
ALL TEAMS PLAY WITHIN NORCAL PREMIER COMPETITION AND ARE GIVEN 1 LOCAL TOURNAMENT PER YEAR WITHIN THEIR ANNUAL FEES.
ALL TRAININGS, LEAGUE GAMES, FIELDS, REFEREES, INSURANCE INSURANCE INCLUDED IN ANNUAL FEES.
